The following table lists land use action notices for specific projects, SEPA Threshold Determinations, and public hearings for non-project action that are published in the Seattle Times paper. Notice signs posted by applicants announce land use action applications and decisions on property within the city limits. Property owners within 500 feet of the parcel will also receive notification by mail on certain types of projects based on the Development Code. Land Action Noticing list the last three months only.
